Oh, thank You, God, for carrying me through this year. Even in the midst of my hurt, I am still in awe of You. This year has been filled with losses, yet it has also been a profound time of learning and growth. I have come to realize that in order to grow, God allows trials in our lives, and this year has certainly been a testament to that.

Throughout this journey, I've cried more than I ever have before. Each tear was a reminder of my vulnerability, my struggles, and the weight of my heartache. Yet, amidst the sorrow, God has worked wonders. He has not only mended my heart but has filled it with hope for what’s to come. This year has taught me that brokenness can lead to beautiful transformations. If a broken heart brings me closer to God and fulfills what He’s calling me to do, then I thank God for this brokenness.

As I reflect on the lessons learned, I realize how vital it is to embrace each moment—both the joyful and the painful. My only prayer for the coming year is to continue trusting Him more deeply. Life is short, and there’s nothing quite like the comfort of being wrapped in His love. Each day is a gift, and I want to make the most of it, cherishing every experience and every lesson.

I pray for a blessed New Year for all. May we all find strength in our struggles and joy in our victories. God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good.

7 Lessons:

  • Forgiveness must be intentional.

  • Our emotions are valid, but they are not facts.

  • Time with Jesus heals.

  • Be gentle and patient with yourself.

  • Surrender everything to God; He knows all.

  • Let people be.

  • Life is short.
