A year ago today, I walked out into the backyard with Joy and saw a double rainbow… It was as if God was letting me know I was going to be okay. I was sad because I was leaving Joy, and also because I just didn’t know what to expect. The next morning, I would fly out to Hawaii, where I’d stay for the next couple of months.
