A year ago today, I walked out into the backyard with Joy and saw a double rainbow… It was as if God was letting me know I was going to be okay. I was sad because I was leaving Joy, and also because I just didn’t know what to expect. The next morning, I would fly out to Hawaii, where I’d stay for the next couple of months. But God met me there. From the people I met, to the prayers I received, to the many sunsets I witnessed, I’m so grateful for that time. One thing I learned

Happy Thanksgiving! There are always so many things to be grateful for, but what I’m most grateful for is God’s faithfulness, His constant presence and His unending love. I’m thankful for the way He has healed my heart and for all the gentle reminders that He is always near. Grateful for so much today. May you feel His love even more as you’re surrounded by family and friends.
